POILISOCYANURATE is called PIR for short. For the composite boards developed by WEMET, excessive isocyanurate is added and ring structure and higher isocyanurate index are employed in the compounds to form compact PIR products, thus ensuring greater stability and excellent heat and fire resistance for the internal rigid foams. Experiments show that the products can endure a temperature up to 200℃ in short time period or to 160℃ for long time.
Product advantages of PIR(Polyisocyanurate) sandwich roof panels
1. Screw concealed: Hidden screws, roof panels have tight overlapping
2. Unique joint: The unique capillary groove design effectively avoids rainwater seepage and cold bridge phenomenon
3. Energy saving and heat insulation: The closed cell rate is equal to or larger than 97% and the heat insulation performance is excellent.
4. Fire prevention
5. Special wave height:The major rib of 40mm height improves the panel's bearing capacities greatly. The heat preservation effects of buildings are ensured and the building costs of customers are signifi cantly decreased as well. The minimum roof pitch may be 3%.
6. Air tightness and sound insulation: The products have great sound insulation and decrease the sounds due to impacts of rainwater or hailstone.
7. ECO frend product: Being free from formaldehyde and microorganisms,it can be recyclable.
8. Quick construction: Customized according drawing at factory and quick construct at work site
9. Germany production line provide quality assurance: The panels have been applied for over 35 years.
10. High quality service: We provide quality pre-sale and after-sales service
11. Fast delivery time: Our 6 worshops located near to our port, so we can deliver to the port within 2 hours.
